Erik graduated law school at the University of Montana School of Law in Missoula, Montana, in 2018. He is admitted to practice law in Montana (2018) and in the U.S. District Court, District of Montana (2019). Erik is a member of the State Bar of Montana.
After law school, Erik clerked for Judge Sam E. Haddon, United States District Court, District of Montana. During law school, he served as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review, receiving the Justin Miller Award for outstanding leadership. Erik completed his clinical work at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He previously worked at his family’s business in Missoula and in information technology.
Erik spends his free time reading, recreating at Flathead Lake, and traveling with his wife, Jeannie. Erik continues to serve on the Montana Law Review Board of Advisors.
